Found in the north range of the Thunder peaks, are naturally prone to lightning storms. It is here that the Quetzalcoatl can be found. A Quetzalcoatl resembles a long-winged serpent with a pair of rainbow-feathered wings that allowed it to fly. They are around twelve and fifteen long and weigh about eighteen hundred pounds.
 
They live solitary lives, with the exemption when they are mating, they are known to be creatures that are capable of psionic abilities. They are magical creatures, worshipped by the nomadic tribes that live in the valleys below the mountains they inhabit.  Thus, making it extremely rare to see them hunted or harmed, as those who brought harm to them would be hunted as well.
 
With careful exploration, we seek out the remains of their shed skins. These are extremely rare, but once found, they provide ample opportunity to collect plenty of high-quality scales and bring them to you. Corked and sealed in a vial, to preserve its potency. Sufficient for all magical potions, magical studies, and spell components.
